Allan

Allan “Woody” Scott passed away on December 11, 2012

Husband of the late Lynn Scott, loving father of Steve (Deb) Scott, Suzanne (Mike) Scott-Muenter and the late Candi Scott; proud and loving grandfather of Sarah and Dana.

Al Scott, was an accomplished Microwave Engineer and author of multiple technical books and 1 Science Fiction book. But he was best known for his strong Christian faith and his goofy sense of humor. He had several nicknames such as "Woody", "Daddo" and "Grandpa", which Sarah's whole Girl Scout troop called him as an honorary helper. Al could always tell a good story. He was an inspiring leader and touched many lives. And he was always up for a family adventure...most recently moving to Missouri and flying with our family cat Spooky and his son in law Mike. He will be missed, but we know he is happily enjoying Heaven with Jesus now and is reunited with his wife, Lynn.

Memorial Services will be held in both Missouri and California.

Stygar Family of Funeral Service is caring for Woody’s family.
