Sr. & Esther Rascher; dear brother of the late Bud Rascher Jr., Pattye Kidd & Bettye Teuwen; dear brother-in-law of Johanna Brickey & Geraldine Mazzuca; dear uncle, great uncle, cousin & friend.

Jim was a 4th Degree Knight of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, Knights of Columbus and one of the original members of the Lewis and Clark Discovery Expedition of St. Charles, MO.

SERVICE VISITATION: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday Jan. 7 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church ( #2 Seton Ct., St. Charles), followed by a celebration of Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
