Szczesniak, Vernie M. on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Walter Szczesniak. Daughter of the late Stanislaw & Sofi (nee Wisneiski) Szczesniak. Sister of the late Robert (LaVergne) Sczesniak, Clifton (Anna) Szcesniak, Clifford Sczesniak. Dear aunt of Bob (Barb) Sczesniak, Janice (Dennis) Schneider, the late Tom Higgins and Steve Szcesniak, she is survived by their wives Cheryl Higgins and Nancy Szcesniak and Ann (the late Rick) Kingsland. Dearest great aunt and great great aunt of many, cousin and friend.

Vernie was a member of the Daughters of Isabella, and Ladies Auxillary of American Legion Post 407 in Walnut Park.

Funeral Services from STYGAR FLORISSANT CHAPEL & CREMATION CENTER, 13980 New Halls Ferry Rd., on Saturday, Jan. 19th at 9:15 am then process to Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Spanish Lake for 10 am Mass. Interment Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
